UK-REACH is now in force!

If you’re based in Great Britain and manufacture, import, sell or distribute chemical substances or mixtures you’ll need to follow the UK REACH regulation and comply with a number of new obligations.

What's next?

You can now create an account on the new IT system 'Comply with UK REACH' in order to begin the 'grandfathering' of Registrations, Authorisations and PPORD's and also notify substances imported from the European Union or European Economic Area by submitting a Downstream User Import Notification.

Need to grandfather a REACH Registration?

You only have only 120 days post Transition Period to complete this process, so act now to ensure you meet this deadline (30th April 2021).

Are you a Downstream User and need to notify substances?

The DUIN's must be submitted by 27th October 2021.

If you're an EU/EEA based manufacturer or formulator and need to retain access to the UK market you can appoint an 'Only Representative' to act on your behalf and fulfill the obligations of your UK importers.
