CLP Annex VIII to be adopted in Great Britain: What you need to know and how to comply
The National Poisons Information Service has advised that organisations placing mixtures in GB now need to submit mandatory poison centre notifications in the Annex VIII harmonised format.

Brexit: Implications for Hazard Communication
The Brexit Transition Period is set to end on the 31st December 2020. As things stand, starting 1st January 2021, the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation will cease to apply in Great Britain (GB); in its place, a GB version is anticipated to come into force (GB-CLP).
