Together with ACEA, we identified the need for designing a chemical regulation tool that can inform automotive companies in advance of requirements being put in place, enabling the sector to make timely decisions regarding compliance. This meant that the scope of the tool had to cover updates to existing legislation in addition to new legislation in the draft or pre-draft stage.
