U.S. EPA updates TSCA Inventory with substances designated as "active" and substances designated as "inactive"

On 21 February 2024, the U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) updated the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory with substances designated as "active" and substances designated as "inactive" under the TSCA Inventory Notification (Active-Inactive) Rule.

Manufacturers and processors that intend to manufacture or process an “inactive” substance must submit an NOA Form B before they start their activity.
