PACT updated with 14 new intentions for Assessment of regulatory needs / 2 finalised Hazard assessments

On 21 February 2024, ECHA’s Public Activities Coordination Tool (PACT) was updated with the following new intentions for Assessment of regulatory needs (ARN):

  1. Pyrrolidine

  2. Piperidinium chloride

  3. Piperidine, 1-methyl-, hydrochloride (1:1)

  4. Piperidine

  5. Perhydroazepine

  6. N-(cyclopent-1-ene-1-yl)pyrrolidine

  7. 4-methylpiperidine

  8. 4,4'-trimethylenedipiperidine

  9. 3,5-dimethylpiperidine

  10. 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine

  11. 1-methylpyrrolidine

  12. 1-methylpiperidine

  13. 1-ethylpiperidine

  14. (S)-2,2,4-trimethylpyrrolidine hydrochloride

In addition, the PACT was updated with the following finalised Hazard assessments:

  1. Melamine

  2. Benzotriazole

This update brought the number of PACT ARN and Hazard assessment substances to 4814.
