ECHA have published 2 new proposals for SVHCs

On 1 March 2024, ECHA published 2 Annex XV dossiers, which were recently submitted by Member States or ECHA to identify potential Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs):

1. Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl) peroxide

2. Triphenyl phosphate

These substances are now under consultation, which means that interested parties have 45 days to comment. The deadline for commenting is 15 April 2024. The reports and commenting forms can be accessed on ECHA’s website.
