On 12 June 2023, the following substance was notified to the Registry of Intentions for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs):

1. 2-(dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-[4-(morpholin-4-yl)phenyl]butan-1-one

This brought the number of Annex XV dossiers expected on 3 August 2023 / 5 February 2024 / 2 August 2024 / 3 February 2025 for new SVHCs to 10.
