INCB Red List 20th edition published / Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Convention updated

The 20th edition of the INCB Red List has been published. The following substances have been added to Table I:

1. Tert-butyl 4-(phenylamino)piperidine-1-carboxylate

2. Norfentanyl

3. N-Phenyl-4-piperidinamine (4-AP)
