17 REACH Testing proposal consultations launched

On 31 January 2023, ECHA started a 45 day public commenting period on 17 testing proposals for the following substances:

1. 4,4'-Methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, oligomeric reaction products with 2,4'-diisocyanatodiphenylmethane

2. 7-hydroxycitronellal

3. Alcohols, C13-15-branched and linear

4. Alkenes, C6-11 (branched), hydroformylation products, distn. residues, heavy cracked fraction

5. Alkoxy substituted aryl diazo heterocyclic aryl nitrile

6. Dimethyl sulfoxide

7. Heptanoic acid

8. Hexanoic acid, 3,5,5-trimethyl-, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-[2-[(3,5,5-trimethyl-1-oxohexyl)oxy]ethyl]-4-piperidinyl ester

9. Mercaptoacetic acid

10. Reaction mass of 1,3-dioxane-5,5-dimethanol and 1,3-Propanediol, 2-(hydroxymethyl)-2-[(methoxymethoxy)methyl]-

11. Xylene

12. α-methyl-1,3-benzodioxole-5-propionaldehyde
