EUON list of Nanomaterials Currently on the EU Market updated

The European Union Observatory for Nanomaterials’ (EUON) list of Nanomaterials Currently on the EU Market has been updated.

The following substances were added:

1. Alkaline co-precipitation products of soluble aluminium, cobalt and nickel salts

2. Alkaline co-precipitation products of soluble cobalt, manganese and nickel salts

3. 4,11-dichloro-5,12-dihydroquino[2,3-b]acridine-7,14-dione

4. 3,3'-[(2,5-dichloro-p-phenylene)bis[imino(1-acetyl-2-oxoethylene)azo]]bis[4-chloro-N-(5-chloro-o-tolyl)benzamide]

5. Disodium 3-hydroxy-4-[(4-methyl-2-sulphonatophenyl)azo]-2-naphthoate

6. Potassium pentaborate

7. 4-[[4-(aminocarbonyl)phenyl]azo]-3-hydroxy-N-(2-methoxyphenyl)naphthalene-2-carboxamide

8. Disodium [5-[(4,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)azo]-4-hydroxybenzene-1,3-disulphonato(4-)]cuprate(2-)

9. Benzoic acid, 4-[2-(2-hydroxy-6-sulfo-1-naphthalenyl)diazenyl]-, strontium salt (2:1)

10. Low chlorinated copper, [29H,31Hphthalocyaninato(2-)-N29,N30,N31,N32]-, wherein the number of chlorines is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 7

11. Brominated chlorinated copper, [29H,31H-phthalocyaninato(2-)-N29,N30,N31,N32]-, wherein the number of bromines is equal to or more than 10 and less than 16, and the number of chlorines is equal to or more than 0 and less than 7

12. Disodium oxo[(oxoalumanyl)oxy]alumane silanedione hydrate oxidandiide

13. Cerium gadolinium oxide

The following substances were removed:

1. Copper, [29H,31H-phthalocyaninato(2-)-N29,N30,N31,N32]-, brominated chlorinated

2. Amorphous hydrothermal synthesis product of water, calcium oxide and quartz

3. Reaction product of Graphite, acid-treated and potassium permanganate
