The revised K-REACH regulation has introduced pre-notification (similar to pre-registration under EU-REACH). The pre-notification window is from 1 January to 30 June 2019.

On 23rd December 2017, the KKDIK (Turkish REACH) 3 year pre-registration period will begin. Unlike EU REACH, this will not be followed by a phased tonnage and hazard-based registration period, but a single 3 year period in which all substances manufactured or imported in quantities above 1 tonne per annum will require registration.
