Complying with KKDIK Regulation No. 30105 – Are you prepared for the deadline?
Under KKDIK, SDSs written according to regulation 29204 will be valid until the date of 31st December 2023. After this date, it will be obligatory to write SDS in compliance with Regulation No 30105.
