Hazard Communication: Classification, Labelling and Packaging


The CLP regulations (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) sets out the requirements for the classification, labelling and packaging of chemical substances and mixtures before placing them on the market. The CLP Regulation implements the Globally Harmonised System (GHS) for the classification and labelling of chemicals, which has now been adopted by many other countries around the world.
