RoHS Directive Annex IV amended

Annex IV to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) has been amended as per Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2023/1437 of 4 May 2023 and Commission Delegated Directive 2023/1526 of 16 May 2023. Exemptions for the following substances have been added:

  1. Mercury

  2. Lead

Annex IV contains a list of all the RoHS exemptions that are specific to EEE categories 8 and 9.
