RoHS Directive Annex III amended

Annex III to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) has been amended as per Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2024/232 of 25 October 2023. An exemption for the following substances has been added:

  1. Cadmium

  2. Lead

Annex III contains a list of all the RoHS exemptions that are specific to EEE categories 1-7 and 10-11.
