RAC opinions issued for 13 CLH proposals

On 12 September 2023, the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) issued opinions on the proposals for Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) of the following substances:

4. Tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate

5. N-(trichloromethylthio)phthalimide

6. Barium chromate

7. Barium bis[2-chloro-5-[(2-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)azo]toluene-4-sulphonate]

8. 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, sulfonated, potassium salts

9. 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate

10. 2-bromo-2-(bromomethyl)pentanedinitrile

11. Bixlozone

12. 2,3-epoxypropyl isopropyl ether

13. 1,1-dichloroethylene

This brought the number of published RAC opinions to 549.
