Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation Annex I amended

Annex I to the Prior Informed Consent Regulation (EC) No. 649/2012 (PIC) has been amended as per Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/1656 of 16 June 2023.

35 substances have been added to Annex I, Part 1.

The following substances have been amended in Annex I, Part 1:

1. Bis(pentabromophenyl) ether

2. Bromoxynil and its butyryl, heptanoyl and octanoyl esters

3. Chlorfenvinphos

4. Cyfluthrin

5. Epoxiconazole

6. Nonylphenol ethoxylates

7. Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds

8. Terbufos

9. Triflumuron

36 substances have been added to Annex I, Part 2.

The following substances have been amended in Annex I, Part 2:

1. Bromoxynil and its butyryl, heptanoyl and octanoyl esters

2. Epoxiconazole

3. Nonylphenol ethoxylates

The following substances have been deleted from Annex I, Part 2 and added to Annex I, Part 3:

1. Bis(pentabromophenyl) ether

2. Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds
