Plant protection products Regulation list of approved active substances updated
The following substance has been added to the list of approved active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/836 of 12 March 2024:
The approval periods of the following active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 have been extended as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/821 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/839, both of 8 March 2024, and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/835 of 12 March 2024:
As a result, these substances have now been updated in the list of approved active substances (the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011).
