Plant protection products Regulation list of approved active substances updated

The approval of the following active substance under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 has not been renewed as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/20 of 12 December 2023:

1. S-metolachlor

The approval periods of the following active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 have been extended as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/324 of 19 January 2024:

1. Mecoprop-P

2. Pyraclostrobin

3. Flutolanil

4. Fluazinam

5. Mepiquat

6. Cyflufenamid

7. Bromuconazole

8. Buprofezin

9. Phosphane

10. Fluopyram

11. Metsulfuron-methyl

12. Benzovindiflupyr

13. Lambda-cyhalothrin

As a result, these substances have now been updated in the list of approved active substances (the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011).​
