Plant protection products Regulation list of approved active substances updated

The approval periods of the following active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 have been extended as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1757 of 11 September 2023:

7. MCPB

8. Prosulfocarb

9. Fludioxonil

10. Clomazone

11. Tritosulfuron

12. Bensulfuron

13. Sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate

14. Sodium o-nitrophenolate

15. Sodium p-nitrophenolate

16. Tebufenpyrad

17. Chlormequat

18. Propaquizafop

19. Quizalofop-P-ethyl and Quizalofop-P-tefuryl

20. Sulfuryl fluoride

21. Eugenol

22. Geraniol

23. Thymol

24. Flumetralin

The approval of the following active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 has been renewed as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1755 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1756, both of 11 September 2023:

1. Fat distillation residues

2. Cydia pomonella granulovirus (CpGV)

As a result, these substances have now been updated in the list of approved active substances (the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011).​
