PACT updated with 39 new intentions for Assessment of regulatory needs / 10 finalised Assessments of regulatory needs

On 4-5 December 2023, ECHA’s Public Activities Coordination Tool (PACT) was updated with 39 new intentions for Assessment of regulatory needs (ARN).

In addition, the PACT was updated with the following finalised ARN:

1. Reaction mass of ethylenebis(oxyethylene) dibenzoate and oxydiethylene dibenzoate and oxydipropyl dibenzoate

2. Reaction mass of 2-[2-(benzoyloxy)ethoxy]ethyl benzoate and oxydipropyl dibenzoate

3. Propane-1,2-diyl dibenzoate

4. Oxydipropyl dibenzoate

5. Oxydiethylene dibenzoate

6. Ethylenebis(oxyethylene) dibenzoate

7. Ethylene dibenzoate

8. A mixture of: cis-1,4-dimethylcyclohexyl dibenzoate; trans-1,4-dimethylcyclohexyl dibenzoate

9. A mixture of: cis-1,4-Dimethylcyclohexyl dibenzoate and trans-1,4-Dimethylcyclohexyl dibenzoate

10. 2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diyl dibenzoate

This update brought the number of PACT ARN and Hazard assessment substances to 4464.
