BPC issues opinions on 3 active substance non-approvals

The Biocidal Products Committee has issued opinions on active substance non-approvals for the following substance:

  1. 2-bromo-2-nitro-1,3-propanediol (bronopol)

    Product type 2 (disinfectants and algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals)

    Product type 11 (preservatives for liquid-cooling and processing systems)

    Product type 12 (slimicides)
