Germany TRGS 900 Workplace exposure limits updated

On 12 June 2023, the German Committee on Hazardous Substances (Ausschuss für Gefahrstoffe - AGS) Technical Rules for Hazardous Substances (TRGS) 900 Workplace exposure limits were updated.

The following substances were added:

  1. Tetrahydro-1,3,4,6-tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)imidazo[4,5-d]imidazole-2,5(1H,3H)-dione

  2. Zincbis(dipentyllithiocarbamate)

The limits of the following substances were updated:

  1. Bis(2-chlorethyl)ether

  2. Sulfur hexafluoride

The following substance was deleted:

  1. Fenthion

  2. Parathion

  3. Chlordane

  4. Dieldrin

  5. Carbaryl

  6. Trichlornitromethane

  7. TEPP

  8. Propoxur

  9. Malathion

  10. Aldrin

  11. Paraquat dichloride

  12. O-Ethyl-O-4-nitrophenylphenylthiophosphonate

  13. Calcium sulfate

  14. Mevinphos

  15. Demeton-methyl
