On 6 June 2023, ECHA started a 45 day public commenting period on 40 testing proposals for the following substances:

9. Butene, homopolymer (products derived from either/or But-1-ene/But-2-ene)

10. Dodecene, branched

11. Extracts (petroleum), deasphalted vacuum residue solvent

12. Extracts (petroleum), residual oil solvent

13. Hydrocarbons, C4, 1,3-butadiene- and isobutene-free

14. Hydrocarbons, C4, 1,3-butadiene-free, polymd., triisobutylene fraction

15. Hydrocarbons, C4, steam-cracker distillate

16. Reaction mass of 3,5,6,6-tetramethyl-4-methyleneheptan-2-one and (E)-3,4,5,6,6-pentamethylhept-3-en-2-one

17. Trimethoxypropylsilane

18. Trimethylamine, N-oxide
