PACT updated with 12 new intentions for Assessment of regulatory needs / 1 finalised Hazard assessment

On 26 May 2023, ECHA’s Public Activities Coordination Tool (PACT) was updated with the following new intentions for Assessment of regulatory needs (ARN):

1. Neodymium(3+) acetate

2. Neodymium trinitrate

3. Neodymium trihydroxide

4. Neodymium trihydride

5. Neodymium trifluoride

6. Neodymium trichloride

7. Neodymium oxide

8. Neodymium fluoride oxide, magnesium-doped

9. Neodymium di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate

10. Neodymium

11. Neodecanoic acid, neodymium salt

12. Dineodymium tricarbonate

In addition, on 24 May 2023 the PACT was updated with the following finalised Hazard assessment:

1. Bis(2-ethylhexyl) 4,4’-{6-[4-tert-butylcarbamoyl)anilino]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyldiimino}dibenzoate

This update brought the number of PACT ARN and Hazard assessment substances to 3632.
