TR-BPR List 1 updated

On 3 February 2023, the Turkey Biocidal Products Regulation (TR-BPR) List 1 (List of Active Substances Approved for Use in Biocidal Products) was updated. The following active substance/product-type combinations were added:

1. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens

   Product type 3 (veterinary hygiene)

2. Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract from open and mature flowers of Tanacetum cinerariifolium obtained with supercritical carbon dioxide

   Product type 19 (repellents and attractants)

3. Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium, extract from open and mature flowers of Tanacetum cinerariifolium obtained with hydrocarbon solvents

   Product type 19 (repellents and attractants)

4. Didecyldimethylammonium chloride(DDAC)

   Product type 1 (human hygiene)

   Product type 2 (disinfectants and algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals)

5. L-(+)-lactic acid

   Product type 6 (preservatives for products during storage)

The following active substance/product-type combination was removed:

1. Carbon dioxide

   Product type 18 (insecticides, acaricides and products to control other arthropods)
