13 CLH consultations launched

On 6-13 March 2023, ECHA started a 60 day public commenting period on the Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) proposals for the following substances:

1. 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate

2. Calcium metaborate (Ca(BO2)2) and calcium tetraborate (CaB4O7), amorphous reaction products of boric acid with lime

3. Calcium tetraborate

4. Diammonium decaborate

5. Dipotassium octaborate

6. Dipotassium tetraborate

7. Magnesium metaborate

8. Methacrylic acid, monoester with propane-1,2-diol [HPMA]

9. Pentaboron sodium octaoxide

10. Potassium metaborate

11. Potassium pentaborate

12. Pyriproxyfen

13. Sodium metaborate, anhydrous [1]; boric acid (HBO2), sodium salt, tetrahydrate [2]; and any other hydrated form
