Drug precursors Regulation scheduled substances list amended

The following substances have been added to the scheduled substances list (Category 1) of the Drug precursors Regulation (EC) No. 273/2004 and the Trade in drug precursors Regulation (EC) No. 111/2005 as per Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/196 of 25 November 2022:

  1. diethyl (phenylacetyl) propanedioate (DEPAPD)

  2. ethyl 3-(2H-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2-methyloxirane-2-carboxylate (PMK ethyl glycidate)

  3. N-phenylpiperidin-4-amine (4-AP)

  4. tert-butyl 4-anilinopiperidine-1-carboxylate (1-boc-4-AP)

  5. N-phenyl-N-(piperidin-4-yl)propanamide (norfentanyl)

The following substances have been amended:

  1. 4-anilino-N- phenethylpiperidine (ANPP)

  2. N-phenethyl-4-piperidone (NPP)
