Thailand HSCA List of Hazardous Substances amended

On 21 December 2022, Thailand's Ministry of Industry issued a notice (B.E. 2565) which amends the Hazardous Substance Control Act (HSCA) List of Hazardous Substances.

The following substances were added:

1. Perfluorooctanoic acid

2. Ammonium perfluorooctanoate

3. Sodium perfluorooctanoate

4. Potassium perfluorooctanoate

5. Silver perfluorooctanoate

6. Perfluorooctanoyl fluoride

7. Methyl perfluorooctanoate

8. Ethyl perfluorooctanoate

The following substances were amended:

1. Chlorpyrifos

2. Crimidine

3. Chlorophacinone

4. Coumatetralyl

5. Coumafuryl

6. Cholecalciferol

7. Zinc phosphide

8. Scilliroside

9. Diphacinone

10. Difenacoum

11. Norbormide

12. Barium carbonate

13. Brodifacoum

14. Bromadiolone

15. Fluoroacetamide

16. Fluoroacetate sodium

17. Flocoumafen

18. Red squill

19. Warfarin

20. Alpha-chlorohydrin

21. Ergocalciferol

22. 1-naphthylthiourea

23. Fluoroacetic acid and its salts

24. Triethanolamine

25. Benzyl cyanide
