Denmark Ministerial Order on the Misuse of Drugs amended

On 9 February 2023, the Danish Ministerial Order on the Misuse of Drugs was amended by Order No. 155, resulting in the addition of the following substances to List B:

1. Alpha-PiHP

2. Etonitazepine

3. 3-HO-PCE

4. 3-Me-2-oxo-PCE

5. 2-Methyl-AP-237

6. 3-Methylmethcathinone

7. MXiPr

8. MXPr

The following substances were added to List E:

1. Adinazolam

2. Bromazolam

3. Desalkylgidazepam

4. Flubrotizolam
