Plant protection products Regulation list of approved active substances updated

The approval periods of the following active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 have been extended as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/114, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/115, and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/116, all of 16 January 2023, and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/223 of 27 January 2023:

  1. Mecoprop-P

  2. Pyraclostrobin

  3. Metiram

  4. Flutolanil

  5. Fluazinam

  6. Mepiquat

  7. Cyflufenamid

  8. Buprofezin

  9. Phosphane

  10. Metsulfuron-methyl

  11. Benzovindiflupyr

  12. Lambda-Cyhalothrin

  13. Dimoxystrobin

  14. Oxamyl

  15. Pseudomonas chlororaphis strain MA 342

The approval of the following active substance under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 has not been renewed as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/149 of 20 January 2023:

  1. Benfluralin

The following substances have been added to the list of approved active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/199 of 30 January 2023 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/216 of 1 February 2023:

  1. Trichoderma atroviride AT10

  2. Trichoderma atroviride AGR2

As a result, these substances have now been updated in the list of approved active substances (the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011).
