California SCPR Priority Product regulation published for Nail Products

The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has published a Priority Product regulation under the Safer Consumer Products Regulations (SCPR), effective 1 January 2023. The regulation requires manufacturers of Nail Products which contain the following substance to notify the DTSC within 60 days of the regulation effective date:

  1. Toluene
