Quebec Regulation respecting occupational health and safety updated

On 1 July 2022, Schedule I of the Regulation respecting occupational health and safety was updated. The following substances were added to the list:

1. Alachlore

2. Aluminium and its compounds

3. Kerosene

4. Flour dust

5. Terbufos

6. Benzene (trichloromethyl)

Limits for 39 substances were updated. The following substances were deleted:

1. Aluminium alkyls, welding fumes, metal, pyrotechnic powder, and soluble salts

2. Aluminium oxide

3. Corundum

4. Emery
