RAC opinions issued for 8 CLH proposals

On 9 September 2022, the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) issued opinions on the proposals for Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) of the following substances:

  1. Tetrasodium 4-amino-5-hydroxy-3,6-bis[[4-[[2-(sulphonatooxy)ethyl]sulphonyl]phenyl]azo]naphthalene-2,7-disulphonate

  2. Peracetic acid

  3. Formic acid

  4. Formaldehyde

  5. Dicamba

  6. 7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]hept-3-ylmethyl 7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane-3-carboxylate

  7. 1-Butanone, 2-(dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-[4-(4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-

  8. S-metolachlor

This brought the number of published RAC opinions to 506.
