Authorisation granted for Sodium chromate
On 26 August 2022, the European Commission granted an Authorisation for the following substance:
Authorisation number REACH/22/26/0 is held by Ariston Thermo SpA., and approves the use of Sodium chromate as an anticorrosion agent of the carbon steel in sealed circuit of gas absorption heat pumps up to 0.70% by weight (as Cr(VI)) in the refrigerant solution.
