5 CLH consultations launched

On 8 August 2022, ECHA started a 60 day public commenting period on the Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) proposals for the following substances:

1. 2-bromo-2-(bromomethyl)pentanedinitrile

2. 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5- trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate

3. 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, sulfonated, potassium salts; Reaction products of fatty acids, C18 (unsaturated) alkyl with sulfur trioxide, potassium salts; 9(or 10)-sulphooctadecanoic acid, potassium salt
