Chemical Regulation drives substitution of hazardous substances, improves exposure risks and ignites innovation. Strong legislation is key. But strong does not only mean strict, a strong framework provides pragmatic approaches to drive business and creates efficient data exchange.
The HSE together with DEFRA explored a new approach to simplify data requirements regarding hazard information and to implement a stronger focus on use and exposure data: The Alternative Transitional Registration model, short ATRm.
The main goal of ATRm is to:
Create reliable data
Streamlining reporting and restriction processes

The long-awaited public consultation on the UK REACH ATRm was released Thursday, 16th May. The draft model is now open for public consultation.
The webinar will cover
