BPR Treated Articles - What You Should Know

In November 2020, ECHA in coordination with various EU member states published the results of the first EU wide Treated Article Enforcement Action. This evaluated over 1800 articles or mixtures and resulted in 18 criminal prosecution referrals and 27 fines issued. The results of the Enforcement Action also outlined the key areas where suppliers of treated articles failed to meet their regulatory obligations. This training webinar provides a brief overview of what a treated article is, what the regulatory obligations are and the key outcomes of the enforcement action that all suppliers should be aware of.
