Ukraine REACH officially came into force on 26 January 2025 and the first deadline is less than 9 months away. The new regulation introduces Preliminary State Registration (pre-registration) and State Registration before certain deadlines. Non-Ukrainian manufacturers and formulators can appoint an Authorised Representativein Ukraine to fulfil these requirements.

Sophie is a Managing Consultant at Yordas, where she leads the Registration team. Sophie has extensive experience and expertise in new global notification systems. She is particularly skilled in leading clients through complex new notifications and communicating effectively and clearly a clients obligations and steps to compliance.

She also regularly delivers training on global notifications and has been invited to

speak at international conferences.

Sophie holds an MSc in Environmental Science from Lancaster University.
