Our Yordas experts extend a warm welcome to you for our "A Practical Guide to IUCLID for REACH" course

This classroom will introduce you to the IUCLID software used to prepare and submit your REACH registration dossier. It will include an introduction to the general elements and basic functions of the software, a detailed presentation of the sections to fulfil submission requirements, including nanomaterials and hands-on practice. The exercises will cover compilation of endpoints study summaries and practical cases delivered by our experienced IUCLID 6 trainers.

Instructors

Dr Letizia Carramusa

Regulatory Consultant

Dr. Letizia Carramusa joined Yordas Group in 2020 as a Regulatory Consultant, following a long-term experience as research scientist in international research institutions such as the Weizmann Institute and the Max Planck Institute. She holds a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology and worked on projects ranging from cancer research, to material science and cellular biophysics with a focus on the mechanisms of cell motility and adhesion-dependent mechanosensitivity. In addition to the academic training, she has got significant teaching experience holding a post-graduate certificate in education (PGCE) and a qualified teacher status (QTS) awarded in the UK. Letizia’s day to day use of IUCLID means she is well placed to provide support during the practical exercises.

Dr Aiden Robertson

Senior Chemistry Consultant

Aiden is a Managing Consultant here at Yordas and an experienced PhD chemist with over 7 years’ experience in chemicals regulation. His specialist area is supramolecular chemistry and solid-state analytical chemistry but his technical experience in both REACH and Biocides means that he has worked with a broad range of organic, inorganic and biological substances, polymers, minerals, petroleum products and formulations. He heads up the substance characterisation service here at Yordas, and has a great deal of experience working with nanoforms.
