All the work can be carried out remotely, and you will have opportunities for regular contact with your team leader via email, chat or video call. The hours are totally flexible - most people tend to work 5-10 hours per week but you can reduce or increase your hours depending on the demands of your course.

  • Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of macros a bonus but not required)

  • Logical and analytical approach to tasks

  • Ability to quickly find solutions to problems

  • Good attention to detail

We are ideally looking for students who are doing a degree in Chemistry or another Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) subject, although this is not essential.

To apply, please email a copy of your CV and a one-page cover letter that describes:

  • Your qualifications (or interest) in STEM-related subjects

  • Any experience you have with Excel and/or managing data effectively

  • Any other relevant experience that demonstrates your suitability for the role

Your CV and cover letter should be sent to recruitment@yordasgroup.com. We have ongoing opportunities so there is no deadline for applications.

Recruitment process

Candidates will be requested to complete a general aptitude test, which should take about 30 minutes. Shortlisted candidates will then be given a short task representative of the type of work that we do, to test your proficiency in data management and Excel.
