On 5 July 2023, the following substance was notified to the Registry of Intentions for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs):

1. Oligomerisation and alkylation reaction products of 2-phenylpropene and phenol

This brought the number of Annex XV dossiers expected on 3 August 2023 / 5 February 2024 / 2 August 2024 / 3 February 2025 for new SVHCs to 12.
