On 31 December 2023, 5/2020. (II. 6.) ITM decree on the protection of the health and safety of workers exposed to chemical pathogenic factors updated was updated. The following substances were added:

1. Chromium (VI) compounds

2. Diesel exhaust

Limits for the following substances were updated:

1. Hydrochloric Acid

2. Crystalline silica (including quartz, cristobalite, tridymite and other forms)
