Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants (POPs) has been amended as per Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/866 of 24 February 2023.

The specific exemptions of the following substance have been amended:

1. Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds
