On 17-24 April 2023, the following substances had a Harmonised Classification and Labelling (CLH) proposal submitted:

1. 2-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)propionaldehyde

2. 4-tert-butylbenzoic acid

3. p-Cymene

4. [Ethane-1,2-diylbis[nitrilobis(methylene)]]tetrakisphosphonic acid

5. [Ethylenebis[nitrilobis(methylene)]]tetrakisphosphonic acid, sodium salt

6. [Ethylenebis[nitrilobis(methylene)]]tetrakisphosphonic acid, potassium salt

7. [Ethylenebis[nitrilobis(methylene)]]tetrakisphosphonic acid, calcium sodium salt

This brought the number of submitted CLH intentions to 71.
