Plant protection products Regulation list of approved active substances updated
The specific provisions relating to conditions of approval of the following active substance under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 have been updated as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1468 of 5 September 2022:
The approval periods of 46 active substances under the Plant protection products Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 have been extended as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1474 of 6 September 2022 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1480 of 7 September 2022.
As a result, these substances have now been updated in the list of approved active substances (the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 540/2011).
