Türkiye KKDIK (Turkish REACH)
Registration deadlines amended to 31 Dec 2026, 2028 and 2030
A widely expected amendment to Türkiye’s KKDIK registration deadlines was published on 23 December 2023, just days before the original registration deadline.
Like EU-REACH, KKDİK requires Pre-registration and Registration for substances that are manufactured or placed on the market in Turkey in quantities greater than or equal to 1t/y, either on their own or in mixtures, or in articles with an intended release.
Yordas’ Turkish subsidiary can act as your trusted KKDIK Only Representative. We have over 15 years of experience with EU REACH, and a wealth of knowledge and expertise, from carrying hundreds of Turkish Lead and Joint Registrations.
